Once we receive and inspect your device, we pay within 1–2 business days via bank transfer (BSB) or PayPal, or same-day store credit with an extra 5% bonus.
shipping Is shipping really free?
Yes, both ways. We email a free prepaid Australia Post label. Drop at any post office, parcel locker or red mailbox. If you decline a revised offer, we ship it back free.
selling What if my quote changes after inspection?
If we find a difference, we send a revised offer for you to accept or decline. If you decline, we ship the device back to you free of charge, no obligation.
selling Do you accept broken or faulty devices?
Yes. Cracked screens, dead batteries and faulty hardware all welcome. Our 'Faulty' tier starts at 15% of retail value. We can't accept iCloud-locked, blacklisted, or financed devices.
shipping Can I drop off in person?
Yes. Five Melbourne stores: our main shop at 160 Chapel St Windsor, plus FixUPP in Springvale, Brighton, Frankston and Somerville.
data What happens to my data?
