Grading conditions by device type

Pick the condition that honestly matches your device. Accurate grading means the highest payout with no surprises after inspection.

Smartphones

  • Brand New

    Must be sealed in its original Box. Box still factory sealed and wrapped in original factory plastic wrap

  • Like New

    No signs of wear (as new condition). Overall good cosmetic condition with no signs of use

  • Working

    Standard use acceptable (i.e. light scratches on the screen). Device is fully functional but has noticeable signs of use such scratching, dents, scuffs, or case markings

  • Dead

    Does NOT power on or hold a charge. Water damaged

Tablets

  • DEAD

    If the device is not missing parts and ANY of the following are true:. Non-working Face ID, finger print sensor, or other biometric sensors

  • Working

    If ALL of the following are true:. Device is fully functional but has noticeable signs of use such scratching, dents, scuffs, or case markings

  • Like New

    If ALL of the following are true:. Overall good cosmetic condition with no signs of use

  • New

    If ALL of the following are true:. Box still factory sealed and wrapped in original factory plastic wrap

Mac

  • New

    Choose this condition if ALL of the following apply:. Fully sealed in original retail packaging.

  • Excellent

    Choose this condition if ALL of the following apply:. Turns on, holds a charge, and everything works flawlessly with no operational defects.

  • Average

    Choose this condition if your device powers on and 100% functional and if ANY of the following apply:. Light dings or scratches on body or glass with no dead pixels or white spots

  • Poor

    Choose this condition if your device powers on and if ANY of the following apply:. Battery status showing "Replace Soon" or "Service Battery".

  • Broken

    Choose this condition if ANY of the following apply:. Does NOT power on.

Game Systems

  • Brand New

    Must be sealed in its original Box. Box is not damaged or tampered with

  • As New

    No signs of wear (as new condition). No scratches or markings

  • Working

    Standard use acceptable (i.e. light scratches on the screen). No cosmetic damage (i.e cracks/ dents/ deep scratches)

  • Dead

    Water damage ok. Must not be "Activation locked"
